Enclosed you will find a replacement disc for CD#2 in your Steely Dan box. It contains the intro to "Rikki" which was mistakenly left off the initial mastering and pressing. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I also want to thank you for your patience and obvious continual patronage of our Steely Dan recordings. I only wish I could be more positive about "Dallas" and "Sail The Waterway". For their own reasons, the group do not want those recordings re-issued. I have approached them several times, including during the creation of the CD version of "Gold (Expanded Edition)," but they have consistently refused to have either of those recordings included in our reissues. I will look for another opportunity to request their use, but I'm not optimistic about their consent.

Hope you enjoy your new disc. You shouldn't have to order a whole new box for a few seconds of intro music.
